Due to refurbishment, training and stock takes, our office and warehouse will be closed on the following Fridays. Orders placed on these days and after 2.30pm on the previous Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Easter Holidays

We will be closed for business on Good Friday, Friday 3rd April and Bank Holiday, Monday 6th April. Orders placed over this period will be dispatched on Tuesday 7th April as normal.

UK Delivery

FREE Mainland UK Next Day Delivery if you spend over £395.00 (excluding VAT & online only)

We offer a fixed delivery rate of just £10.95 (excluding VAT) to mainland UK only. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday excluding National holidays. * Extra surcharge maybe applied if orders exceed weight limits and height restriction of 120cm.

Most items ordered before 3pm will be dispatched that same day (Monday – Thursday) via FedEx or DHL for delivery the next working day (Mainland UK only). Our cut off for same day dispatch will be 12 noon on all Fridays.

For all other long distance areas including Scottish Highlands, Northern & Southern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man, this is a 3-5 day service at the rates below:

• Scottish Highlands - £23.50 Up to 2- 3 day service (limited to 30kg. Extra surcharge will be applied if orders exceed weight limit and height restriction of 120cm).
• Northern Ireland - £31.50 Economy 3-5 day service (limited to 30kg. Extra surcharge will be applied if orders exceed weight limit and height restriction of 120cm).
• Northern Ireland - £39.99 Up to 48 hour service (limited to 30kg. Extra surcharge will be applied if order exceed weight limit and height restriction of 120cm).
• Southern Ireland - £35.99 (limited to 30kg. Extra surcharge will be applied if order exceeds weight limit and height restriction of 120cm).
• Isle of Wight - £36.19 (limited to 30kg. Extra surcharge will be applied if order exceeds weight limit and height restriction of 120cm).
• Isle of Man - £30.50 (limited to 30kg. Extra surcharge will be applied if order exceeds weight limit and height restriction of 120cm).

If you find a cheaper courier to collect your order, please let us know and we can arrange your order for collection.

Saturday Delivery & Pre-noon Deliveries

We can dispatch items for a Saturday delivery or a pre-noon, 10am or 9am delivery (Mainland UK Only). Prices available at checkout.

* Depending on product or service availability or is listed as extra delivery time required and charge. Courier delivery schedules may be affected if there are severe weather conditions in certain part of the UK. Also note that during Christmas and other seasonal periods we will not be able to guarantee a next working day delivery service.
